Approach

We built the identity around the contrast between expressive editorial typography and a clean utilitarian system. A warm orange, gold, brown, and cream palette was paired with custom brand devices such as the Spark, repeating pattern, and editorial ribbon to create a flexible visual language that could extend well beyond the primary logo.

Challenge

MS CULTR needed to feel culturally relevant without adopting the short-lived visual language common to influencer marketing. The identity also had to work across partnerships, social content, presentations, merchandise, corporate materials, and high-end brand collaborations while remaining immediately recognisable.

Outcome

The result is a complete identity system with a strong editorial character and enough flexibility to scale across multiple formats. From social campaigns and merchandise to business cards and branded environments, every touchpoint feels connected while preserving the brand's premium, culture-led positioning.

01

What does GenWright actually do?

We design and build websites, landing pages, digital products and custom business systems. For website projects, we can also help with the positioning, messaging and structure before we start designing.

02

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We work with growing businesses across SaaS, technology, B2B, real estate, professional services and other industries. Most come to us because they need a new website, have outgrown the one they already have or need something digital built to help the business work better.

03

Can you build from scratch or build on what we already have?

Yes, we can do both. We can start from scratch if that is what the project needs, or work with your existing brand, website and content. We’ll look at what you already have, keep what is working and improve or replace what isn’t, so you’re not starting over when you don’t need to.

04

What is included in a website project, and what do I get at the end?

What goes into a website project depends on what you need, but it can cover everything from strategy, messaging and sitemap planning to design, development, CMS setup, analytics, basic SEO, testing and launch. At the end, you get a fully designed and developed website that is ready to use, along with access to everything we have set up for you. We’ll agree on exactly what is included before we get started.

05

How long does a project take?

Most website projects take around four to six weeks. A landing page can take less time, while larger websites and custom systems may take longer. Once we understand what you need, we’ll let you know how long the project should take before we get started.

06

How does a retainer work, and can you support us after launch?

Yes. If you need ongoing support after launch, we can continue working with you on a retainer. This gives you ongoing access to us for things like new pages, campaign updates, improvements, maintenance and other design or development work as they come up, without having to start a new project each time.

07

Do you also build custom business systems?

Yes. We build custom systems around how your business works. This can include managing customers, employees, projects, inventory, finances, reporting and other day to day processes in one place, or automating parts of the work that are currently being handled manually.

08

Can you take over or improve an existing website or product?

Yes. We can work with existing websites, digital products and codebases, including projects built with no code or AI assisted tools. We’ll first look at how everything has been built, what is working and what needs fixing or improving, then determine the best way to continue without rebuilding everything from scratch.

09

How much does a project cost?

The cost depends on what you need us to build and what the project involves. Once we understand the project, we’ll send you a proposal that explains what we’ll be doing, how long it will take and how much it will cost.

10

What happens after I reach out?

You’ll tell us a little about what you need help with and we’ll take it from there. We’ll usually start with a short call to understand the project, ask a few questions and see if we’re a good fit for what you need. After the call, we’ll put together a proposal covering what we’ll be doing, how long it will take and how much it will cost.
