Approach
We designed Gymix around a high-contrast dark interface with bold typography, clear data hierarchy, and a distinctive lime accent. Complex operational data was broken into focused dashboards, summary cards, tables, filters, and reporting views so users could understand performance quickly without losing access to deeper information.
Challenge
Gym operators need to manage several moving parts at once, including members, recurring payments, trainers, leads, memberships, and revenue performance. The challenge was to bring these workflows into one system without making the product feel dense or difficult to navigate.
Outcome
The result is a focused management experience that makes key business metrics easier to monitor and everyday administrative tasks faster to handle. Gymix combines operational control with clear reporting, giving teams a more structured view of how the business is performing.
